Elena has been part of the ACH Group family since 2016 — back when the company was still called Basement Masters. She came in as an Office Manager with no construction background and built her expertise entirely from the inside, learning every layer of the business as it grew. Today, she's the operational backbone that holds everything together.

Originally from Moldova, Elena speaks Romanian, Russian, and English. She's based in Maryland and supports projects across every area served by BasementRemodeling.com. Her role touches nearly every part of the business — from the moment a contract is signed to the final warranty call.

Originally from El Salvador and based in Maryland for 30 years, Willie came to construction the same way a lot of people do: through his own home. What started as a weekend hobby turned into a full career, and now he's the person clients call when things get complicated — day or night.

Alfredo Lopez grew up in DC, joined BasementRemodeling.com not knowing how to read a tape measure, and worked his way up to running all the logistics behind the company's projects. He's proof that showing up and paying attention is its own kind of training.
