Wilfredo is a key member of our team whose growth within the company reflects his dedication and strong work ethic. He began his journey as a Logistics Manager and, through his commitment and performance, advanced into his current role as Project Manager.

Beatris plays a vital role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly from a regulatory standpoint. As our Regulatory Affairs Specialist, she is responsible for managing all permits and inspections, making sure each project meets local requirements and stays fully compliant at every stage.

She oversees the permitting process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted on time and that inspections are scheduled and completed without delays. Her organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach help keep our projects on track and moving forward efficiently.

Beatris is known for her reliability and strong coordination skills, working closely with inspectors, municipalities, and our internal team to ensure everything aligns seamlessly.

Oscar is the driving force behind keeping our projects supplied and on schedule. As our delivery specialist, he plays a key role in supporting both our logistics manager and project managers by making sure materials arrive exactly where they need to be—on time and in perfect order.

He’s known for being extremely punctual and detail-oriented, always double-checking that everything is accurate before it hits the road. His reliability and organization make a big difference in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Beyond that, Oscar is simply a pleasure to work with. He’s honest, dependable, and genuinely enjoys what he does—and it shows in the care he puts into his work every single day.

Helida is the heart of our financial operations and an essential part of our team. As our bookkeeper, she plays a key role in keeping our company running smoothly by maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and ensuring everything stays organized and on track.

Jeovanni plays a key role in making sure every project meets our standards—and our clients’ expectations. As our Quality Control Manager, he’s the one who ensures that the final details are just right before we call a project complete.

He’s also one of the best people to have when it comes to client interactions. From final walkthroughs to addressing questions or concerns, Jeovanni brings professionalism, clarity, and a calm, friendly approach that clients truly appreciate. He makes sure every project ends on a high note.

Jorge is one of the most dependable members of our team—and that’s not just something we say lightly. As a senior lead carpenter, his experience speaks for itself, but what truly sets him apart is his consistency. He has never missed a day of work and is always there when the team needs him most.

Reliable, steady, and committed, Jorge brings a strong sense of responsibility to every project. You can always count on him to show up, get the job done right, and support the team every step of the way. 

Marco is the youngest member of our field crew and the newest addition to the team—but he’s already making a strong impression. From day one, he’s shown a willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the kind of work ethic that doesn’t go unnoticed.

What really stands out about Marco is his team-first mindset. Even though he’s just getting started, we can already see his growth and potential. With his dedication and positive approach, Marco is well on his way to becoming an important part of the team.

Luis’s journey is one of growth, dedication, and hard work. He started with us as a helper and worked his way up to becoming one of our lead carpenters—a progression that speaks volumes about his commitment and determination.

Gabriel is one of the youngest member of our carpentry team, bringing fresh energy and a strong desire to learn. He’s eager, motivated, and always ready to take on new challenges—no matter how big or small.

His positive attitude and willingness to grow make him a great addition to the team. With time and experience, Gabriel is well on his way to becoming a highly skilled professional.

Javier is the kind of lead carpenter every project hopes to have. With a deep well of knowledge and hands-on experience, he brings both skill and confidence to every job site—quietly knowing exactly what needs to be done and how to do it right the first time.

He’s incredibly hardworking and takes full responsibility for his work, setting the standard for quality and consistency across the team. Javier doesn’t cut corners, and it shows in the craftsmanship he delivers on every project.

Balmore may be one of the newer members of our team, but you wouldn’t guess it by the quality of his work. He has quickly made a name for himself with his exceptional skills in drywall finishing and painting—areas where precision and attention to detail really matter.
