Alfredo was born and raised in Washington, DC, the son of a Salvadoran father and a Dominican mother. He grew up speaking both English and Spanish — a combination that's come in handy more than once on a diverse, fast-moving job site.
When he joined BasementRemodeling.com, he came in with zero construction experience. His first role was as a helper, working alongside one of the company's lead carpenters.
