In-home consultation
Schedule an in-home consultation to have one of our design professionals personally visit your home to discuss the project, exploring all of the possibilities and offering expert advice.
STEP 2
Project preparation & pre-construction meeting
At this stage, we acquire all necessary basement remodeling permits, prepare the drawings, and set up a work schedule. Once all of the arrangements are in place, we hold a pre-construction meeting at your home with project team to review the plan and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
STEP 3
Visit our Design Center
After the pre-construction meeting, your interior designer will invite you to our showroom to go over the exact materials, colors and selections you would like to see in your basement. We want everything to be exactly as you want it, so every design decision will be reviewed and confirmed by you.
STEP 4
Basement Construction
All of the necessary papers and permits are in place, and now our team can create the space of your dreams. The basement construction phase – which consists of framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and more – typically lasts 7-9 weeks.
