One of the smoothest remodeling experiences I have ever had! BasementRemodeling.com team was all very professional, quick turnaround time, and quick install. I now have a spacious basement which is not only perfect for me, but will add value to our house when we sell one day. What a night and day improvement from what was in it before. Bindu did an excellent job designing our rec room, full bathroom and adding the accent on wood paneling on staircase gives it such a nice touch. Installation was also flawless and all workers showed up on time and cleaned up daily after each day. They suggested better ways of improving certain things in our basement and were all friendly during the process. They all were invested in making sure we had a smooth process and made sure I was happy keeping me up to date with all the work. They were very attentive, kind, and friendly to our needs which shows a lot about their customer service and how they run their company. It is a very accommodating company and I love our new basement more than ever. I wish I would’ve known them years ago. Highly recommending this company to anyone interested in basement remodeling.
