A minimalist design gets maximum results out of this undeniably spectacular Annapolis, MD basement project. Our engineering experts went deep underground to dig out a highly-fashionable double door walk-out, and also to install an extra wide staircase with an accompanying stairwell and railway. Through the French double doors awaits a terrific cream-themed multi-purpose area with a kitchenette (which includes a stainless steel refrigerator unit, gorgeous wooden cabinets, and a personal sink on white countertop), workout station, and subtle shelving. The family room is soft and inviting with a cotton white sectional sofa across from a wall-mounted HDTV unit, suspended above a cute mini-cabinet; the accent wall is sky blue and features hidden access doors. The full bathroom includes tub enclosure, tile flooring and oval vanity mirror.
