I began the process of interviewing contractors starting in January of 2014. I had a good idea of what I wanted to do after looking at pictures online and research of basement-related issues. When Pavel came to see us, I knew he was our guy. Although he seemed rushed, he took measurements, pulled out an uber-detailed pricing brochure, and we started to talk. He seemed very knowledgeable about basement-related construction issues. We were able to finalize the contract without too much hassle, and he was willing to work with me on the lien releases I wanted.

As soon as construction started, it was smooth-sailing. Pavel is probably one of the best general contractors I've ever worked with on any of my homes. He was always available by text, email, and phone, and really kept us informed of the project plan. Pavel runs a tight ship. I can't say enough about his wonderful crew, and all of the subs he used. They were all fantastic, hard-working individuals who clearly take pride in their workmanship. Pavel finished almost three weeks ahead of schedule. Any issues we had, he fixed (or tried his best to fix). They even came back to install light fixtures when they finally came in after weeks on backorder.

We now have a beautiful basement - a bright, beautiful living space. It doesn't feel like a basement at all! Thank you to Pavel and his entire crew for a job well done.
