We are so excited to use our newly remodeled basement! This has changed our lives and made living in our home so much better! 

  Working with the basement remodeling tram has been nothing short of a wonderful experience! 

  They helped us make decisions along the way and supported the whole process. 

  Their Architect Bindu was amazing and worked well with their project managers Eric and Gheorghe to make sure the execution was precise. Her plans were insightful and she helped with the selection of materials. I loved her idea of the waterfall stone quartz! It turned out amazing!  I also loved how large the spaces are! Every inch was maximized in this project! 

    Their building team was organized, worked well together and it were available to help us make good decisions.

   I also can’t say enough about their finishing and punch list team. These brothers can do anything! The doors, cabinets, electrical, shelves installation was amazing! Igor and Jorge are the equivalent of remodeling ROCK ⭐️!!

   My wife was so happy that she went out and bought them a box of pastries each! They were so kind and there was nothing they could not do! 

  In fact, we had also decided to order a new fridge for the upstairs kitchen, and Igor just so happened to be there that day. The delivery man could not get it in the door and wanted to cancel. Igor came up and did everything needed to get my wife’s fridge in this row house l! We have IGOR to thank for that!!!
