The side of family room features a sizeable bar-type seating area with an adjacent cabinet/countertop combo with plenty of storage and a sink. A portion of the countertop is tucked behind a wall, with the corner showcasing tasteful wall-mounted storage racks for a wine collection. The basement also features a full-size bathroom, with a shower surrounded by tile and a sliding glass door entrance. Overall, the basement area measures a total of 925 square feet.
