We had a great experience with Basement Remodeling.com. We interviewed 6 different companies, but they stood out. They stood out because 1), they are very experienced with basement renovations/remodeling; 2) they have a great team of people who are knowledgeable and dedicated to see the projects through efficiently and fast; 3) they are very transparent, honest and professional; 3) they assign each project with a project manager. Our project Manager, Miguel Servat, happened to be very professional, pays attention to detail and is courteous. He was very attentive to our needs and always made our peace of mind a priority. The designer was also very knowledgeable, professional and practical. We have had bad experiences with contractors, and it was so refreshing to work with a team of professionals and the results are excellent. I would recommend Basement Remodeling for any projects (they don't do just basements), but it was great to know that their business core focuses on our current big basement project (980+ sqf without the water heater area). They completed the project in less than two months. The project passed all of the inspections, and they guarantee their work. I give them A+!
